At JobAIMentor, privacy is fundamental to our platform design. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. Your personal information is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We are committed to full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and all applicable data protection laws. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers, and we undergo regular third-party security audits to maintain the highest standards of data protection.
Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service: your email address for account creation, profile preferences for job matching, saved jobs and alert configurations, and anonymized usage analytics to improve the product. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.
Data Security
All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. Access to your account is protected by multi-factor authentication. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers. We conduct annual penetration testing and maintain a formal information security program to support enterprise procurement and compliance requirements.
Third-Party Services and Candidate Data
JobAIMentor aggregates job listings from third-party job boards and career sites securely through our cloud infrastructure. We do not share your personal data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, and your data is never used to train AI models. Importantly, JobAIMentor does not scrape, collect, or store candidate personal data from third-party job boards without explicit user consent. The platform indexes publicly available job postings only -- not applicant profiles, resumes, or contact information. All data processing is limited to the information you provide directly to JobAIMentor through your account.
Data Retention and Your Rights
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting info@jobaimentor.com. All data is permanently removed within 30 days of a deletion request. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your personal data. Under CCPA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information.
