Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JobAIMentor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
JobAIMentor is a cloud-based web application that aggregates job listings from multiple sources. The service includes AI-powered job discovery, smart matching, job alerts, and application tracking. The platform is accessible via any modern web browser and requires no software installation.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, resume content, and all applications submitted through JobAIMentor. You agree to use the service in compliance with the terms of service of third-party job boards and career sites. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before submission.
Subscription and Payment
JobAIMentor offers a free tier with basic search and limited saved jobs, a Pro subscription at $14 per month for advanced features, and a Team plan at $49 per seat per month for recruiting agencies and hiring teams. Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Service Level Agreement
For Pro and Team subscribers, JobAIMentor commits to a 99.9% monthly uptime service level agreement (SLA). Uptime is measured as the percentage of total minutes in a calendar month during which the platform is available and operational, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance. If uptime falls below 99.9% in any given month, affected subscribers are eligible for service credits as described in the SLA documentation available upon request. The free tier is provided on a best-effort basis and is not covered by the SLA.
Data Processing Agreement
For organizations that require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to comply with GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection regulations, JobAIMentor provides a standard DPA upon request. The DPA covers the scope and purpose of data processing, security measures, sub-processor obligations, breach notification procedures, and data subject rights. Intellectual Property
JobAIMentor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JobAIMentor, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
JobAIMentor is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to rejected applications, account restrictions on third-party platforms, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
